Who we are
Flyerly is a service operated from Metro Vancouver, BC, that lets local shops publish weekly flyers to a free consumer app.
Vendor accounts
Vendor accounts are created by the Flyerly team — there is no public signup. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices and content you publish, and for keeping your login secure.
Your content
Your store details, flyers, deals and photos remain yours. You grant us permission to display them in the Flyerly app and on public share pages. Remove them at any time and they stop being shown.
Acceptable use
Don't post content you don't have the rights to, anything unlawful, or prices you don't intend to honour.
Billing
Billing, when it applies, is arranged directly with us and invoiced outside the app. There are no purchases inside the consumer app.
Cancellation
You can stop at any time. We'll remove your store from the app on request; nothing about your business is locked in.
