1. Who we are

Flyerly (“Flyerly,” “we,” “us”) is operated from British Columbia, Canada. Flyerly helps independent grocery, meat, produce and other local shops (“shops” or “vendors”) publish their weekly flyers and deals, and helps shoppers follow the shops they care about.

2. Using the Flyerly app

The Flyerly app is free for shoppers. There is no account to create, nothing to buy inside the app, and no ads. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you turn on deal alerts, we'll send a notification when a shop you follow publishes new deals. You can turn alerts off at any time in the app's Settings or your phone's settings.

Please don't misuse Flyerly — for example by scraping it at scale, interfering with how it runs, or trying to access data that isn't yours.

3. Deals, prices and shops

Flyerly is not a seller. Every deal shown on Flyerly is offered by the shop that published it. The shop sets the price, the quantities, the dates and any conditions, and any purchase is between you and the shop.

We work to keep flyers accurate and remove them when they expire, but prices, stock and store details can change, and mistakes happen. If a price in store differs from Flyerly, the shop's price applies. Check with the shop if something matters to you.

Some store pages show a flyer a shop has already made public elsewhere, before that shop has joined Flyerly. A shop that would like its page changed or removed can email us and we'll act on it promptly.

4. Vendor accounts

Vendor accounts are set up by the Flyerly team — there is no public signup. Shops apply on our For shop ownerspage. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything posted from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

5. Your content

Your store details, logo, flyers, deals and photos remain yours. You give Flyerly a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and share that content in the Flyerly app, on your store and share pages at flyerlyapp.ca, in link previews, and in notifications to your followers — for as long as it's on Flyerly. When you remove it, we stop showing it.

You confirm that the content you post:

• is yours, or you have the right to use it;
• shows prices and offers you actually intend to honour;
• is lawful, and isn't misleading, offensive or harmful.

We may edit formatting, or remove content that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is inaccurate or unlawful.

6. Notifications to followers

Publishing a flyer notifies the shoppers who follow your shop. We control how and how often notifications are sent, to keep alerts useful for shoppers — including limiting repeat sends.

7. Fees and billing

Flyerly is free for shoppers, always. For shops, Flyerly is free to start while we onboard Metro Vancouver. If a paid plan later applies to your shop, we'll agree the price with you in advance and invoice you directly, outside the app. Nothing is ever charged without your agreement.

8. Suspension and cancellation

You can stop using Flyerly at any time. Shops can ask us to close their account and remove their store; nothing about your business is locked in.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts shoppers at risk, or has an unpaid agreed invoice. A suspended shop's content is hidden from the app straight away. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first.

9. Our service

We work hard to keep Flyerly running and accurate, but it's provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features over time.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Flyerly isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from a shop's prices, products or conduct. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.

11. Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as Flyerly evolves. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify vendors by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
